Diggs has insisted that he is happy in Buffalo, but analysts have continued to speculate that he could be a trade target despite the salary limit scenario making a deal all but impossible. While Alex Kay of Bleacher Report suggested that Diggs be moved to the Indianapolis Colts, Nick Faria of Pro Football Network suggested that the Bills send him to the Washington Commanders.

Since a trade with the Cowboys would reunite Diggs with his younger brother, cornerback Trevon Diggs, the Dallas Cowboys have also been suggested as a destination. However, a source close to the organization told SI.com’s Mike Fisher that trade speculations involving Diggs are “More bull*** than ever!”
