A few fresh information about Rashee Rice, a wide receiver with the Kansas City Chiefs, and his suspected involvement in a serious vehicle accident the previous evening have surfaced. Police were looking for Rice early on Sunday morning.

Following a collision on the North Central Motorway at approximately 6:20 p.m. on Saturday involving a car thought to be registered or leased to the 23-year-old, law enforcement officials in Dallas, Texas, told the Dallas Morning News that they are searching for Rice. As of Sunday morning, Rice was not included in the Dallas County jail records; it is unknown if he is charged with anything.

Following a preliminary investigation, drivers of a Chevrolet Corvette and a Lamborghini were found to be speeding in the far left lane and losing control of their cars, according to a statement from Dallas police spokesperson Kristin Lowman to the Dallas Morning News. “Hitting the centre median wall, causing a chain reaction collision involving four other vehicles,” was how the Lamborghini ended up on the shoulder. The drivers of the Lamborghini and Corvette left the scene.

Minor injuries were treated for by two of the other drivers at the spot. Two other individuals were brought to a nearby hospital with minor wounds.

Rice is thought to have been the driver of the Corvette, according to a police call record that was acquired by the Dallas Morning News.

In 2023, Rice made a significant contribution to the Chiefs as a rookie. In the end, he caught 79 passes for 938 yards and 7 touchdowns, which led the squad. In addition, Rice caught 26 passes for 262 yards and a touchdown in the four postseason games for Kansas City. In the Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory over the San Francisco 49ers, he had six receptions.
